About the Executive Chef position
We are looking for a creative and proficient in all aspects of food preparation٫ Executive chef. You will be “the chief” and maintain complete control of the kitchen.
Executive Chef responsibilities are:
- Organizing food preparation/kitchen activities
- Implementing new menus
- Making estimates of food cost
- Oversee kitchen activities
- Inspecting kitchen equipment and scheduling repairs
- Hiring suitable staff members
- Inspecting dishes before they are delivered/served
- Making monthly/quarterly reports
- Communicating with subordinate members

Executive Chef requirements are:
- Experience as an Executive Chef
- Proven record of management of kitchen activities
- Good at solving issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent at multitasking
- Great organizational٫ leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- BA/Bsc degree in Culinary Arts or Msc degree would be preferred
