About the Hotel Concierge Position

Our hotel is looking for a Hotel Concierge to join our team. As a Hotel Concierge, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have an excellent experience while staying with us. From greeting them when they first arrive to recommending things to do in the area and assisting with various bookings and reservations, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure their stay is a success.

Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help our clients are a must. You’ll also need a go-getter attitude and a willingness to familiarize yourself with both our hotel and community at large.

Hotel Concierge Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the hotel
• Check guests in, providing directions to the elevators, their rooms, and other amenities
• Provide assistance to clients as needed, making recommendations or giving guidance
• Assist guests in booking dinner, transportation, or similar reservations 
• Answer phone and web inquiries, taking reservations
• Resolve customer complaints
• Perform administrative duties including processing payments, sorting mail, and managing deliveries 

Hotel Concierge Requirements

• [1+] year of experience as a Hotel Concierge
• High school diploma required, BA in hospitality or related field preferred
• Superb customer service and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• A professional appearance
• Strong problem-solving skills 
• Team-player mindset
