About the Line Cook Position
We’re seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you’ll be responsible for preparing excellent meals for our patrons while also maintaining your station and keeping track of inventory.

Line Cook Responsibilities

- Cook ingredients as directed by the head chef or sous chef, plating dishes as indicated by recipes
- Adhere to all health and safety standards when preparing food
- Provide assistance to the head chef or sous chef as directed
Line Cook Requirements

- High school diploma required; culinary certificate or degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of best restaurant practices and cooking methods, including safe knife-handling skills
- Superb attention to detail while being able to work quickly and efficiently

- Must be a motivated team player
