Clearly communicate that you’re offering them a job in the subject line. Include the most important information in the body:
- Position details (job title, working hours, department and manager)
- Contract length (if applicable)Â
- Salary details (including benefits)Â
Attach useful documents, like company policies and compensation plan or a copy with the employment terms that your candidate needs to sign, should they accept your offer.Â
Don’t forget to let them know what the deadline is for their response.
