About the Guest Relations Manager Position

Our team is seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Relations Manager. As a Guest Relations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our guests have only the best experiences when they visit, taking their time with us from ordinary to extraordinary! You’ll also develop strategies to keep guest satisfaction high and train other guest relations staff members on best practices.

Guest Relations Manager Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for guests, answering any questions and helping with any needs they might have
• Anticipate the needs and accommodations of all guests
• Tailor recommendations to guests based on occasions, wants, and needs
• Resolve all guest complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Work alongside other departments, such as housekeeping and room service, to provide a top-notch experience for guests
• Promote other departments’ amenities and offerings
• Train guest relations team members on hospitality best practices
• Assign tasks to guest relations team members based on daily schedules
• Provide reports to senior management on a regular basis

Guest Relations Manager Requirements

• [2+] years experience as a Guest Relations Manager
• BA/BSc in hospitality management, business administration, or related field
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and guest relationship management software
• Superb communication and organizational skills
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Multilingualism preferred but not required
