About the Account Supervisor position

We are looking for an Account Supervisor to lead our account team and oversee our clients’ marketing campaigns and plans.

In this role٫ you should be an excellent communicator and effective leader who can supervise multiple programs and team members. If you also have a solid background in account management and advertising٫ we’d like to meet you.

Your goal will be to ensure high-quality service to our clients and that our account department runs smoothly and profitably.

Account Supervisor responsibilities are:

• Overseeing account representatives
• Making  representatives aware of any updates
• Monitoring the team’s performance
• Giving positive feedback to clients
• Analyzing and setting up marketing plans
• Communicating effectively with clients
• Managing accounts’ financial facet such as: fees٫ plans٫ budget etc.
• Giving  reports on activities

Account Supervisor requirements are:

• Experience as an account supervisor
• Great management skills
• Experience in project management
• Possess good strategic thinking
• Familiar with reporting and budgeting
• Sound knowledge of marketing and advertising
• Familiar with MS Office and social networks
• Good communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• BA/BSc in Marketing or a related field
